Описание: Led by the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Charlotte-Metrolina, this Fireside Chat aims to explore the challenges, opportunities, and transformative strategies for fostering inclusivity and belonging in the engineering and manufacturing industries. SWE leaders Katy Carnes, Mechanical Engineer with SSOE and Cathy Sequeiros, Leadership Coach and HR Advisor with Thermo Coaching will be sharing their perspectives based upon their dynamic careers. They will be sharing actionable solutions such as promoting STEM education, mentorship programs, organizational policy reforms, and personal empowerment initiatives to enhance the diversity of the engineering profession. They will be joined by co-hosts Industry 4.0 Club Chairman Mike Yost and CEO Mike Ungar. Katy and Cathy will be joined by other SWE leaders from the Charlotte-Metrolina chapter for a panel discussion on this topic at MD&M South on April 23rd at the Charlotte, NC Convention Center.
