A flat twist out on blow dried natural hair is one of my favorite low tension hairstyles. It's also a low maintenance natural hairstyle because you can wear it with the twists in for a few days and then enjoy beautiful curls when you're ready to wear your hair out.

Since the hair is blow own, it can be done on all curl types. Just keep in mind that your hair may appear flatter or fuller depending on your hair density.
