The completion of the Suki Kinari Hydropower Project in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can make amazing changes in Pakistan. A team of China China Gezgouba Group Corporation (CGGC), has revolutionized Pakistan's energy sector with this dam, the largest dam built by the company that has diverted the Kunhar River in Kaghan Valley of KPK. Suki Kinari Hydropower Station is included in the first list of projects under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor aka CPEC, with the help of which Pakistan's dependence on other non-renewable sources of energy can be reduced, so Pakistan can now reduce electricity prices. This important dam will produce 884 MEGAWATTs of electricity a day, which is estimated to benefit 13 million households, meaning it is able to provide the cheapest electricity to about 40 percent of khyber Pakhtunkhwa's population. It has many amazing features under mountains including largest tunnel of Pakistan in KPK.
