This video covers how I used a stock market challenge in my business and technology classes where spreadsheets are a part of the curriculum. I think it works really well and most kids are very engaged. The first 10 minutes are the nuts and bolts of how to run the first day or two. The last few minutes cover how I used this afterwards (usually on Fridays) and a connection activity to show how spreadsheets are used as an ongoing tool in some cases and we discuss business and economics. I've found it to be a really good tool in class when I use it as the video outlines. Please feel free to comment with any suggestions or issues.
