Hey Crossropers!
Here's a fun jump rope strength workout you can do at home in only 10 minutes. If you have a set of dumbbells, grab ‘em for this workout because we will be doing some Bicep Curls + Overhead Presses. If you don’t have dumbbells, don’t worry, you can do this workout with only bodyweight movements.
