Of course it also depends on your current body statistics but my point is, if you perform the right set of exercises in a specific amount of time, there's no question that you will achieve your weight goals and burn 200 calories every day, every session!

These exercises are all body-weight which means that your body is totally dependent on your own strength and capability to burn fat. They're intensive exercises and are really challenging but I still encourage beginners to try it out. They're a combination of strength and cardio routines which are excellent for weight loss and making your muscles stronger.
