It mentions some fancy stats about how much time Americans spend filing taxes, digs into some solutions (BBLR), mentions some famous people (Mitt Romney, Barack Obama, Ben Franklin), talks about how companies are avoiding taxes through corporate inversion (Google, Apple, Burger King), and I'd say that about covers it.
