Just me figuring out ROKOKO to BLENDER mocap workflow

                    I've been meaning to work on a better pipeline from Rokoko to Blender and I'm finally making headway. I discovered that if you use the mixamo armature preset in Rokoko Studio you can use the Mixamo blender plugin to create an IK rig. From there I use the Animation Layers plugin to create a corrective layer for the body to match the actual mesh, and then add extra layers to adjust or clean up the animation.
If you're planning on doing any mocap I can't recommend the Animation Layers plugin enough - especially considering it's less than $30 - if you've ever suffered through the NLA editor you'll thank me later. Other big factors were getting proper actor measurements into Rokoko Studio and making sure to get a decent calibration (I tend to rush the setup and regret it later). Then I threw it all into a recent scan I made so I can get a feel for how that would look on camera. I also added some fun grease pencil animation just for kicks.
