We are diving into the CLAJAMA monorepo, a complex, full-stack application designed to use AI Agents for web development. The app is currently facing critical architectural challenges that we need to solve to get the AI agents working.

*Our Technical Goals for the Stream:*

1. *SQLite Thread-Safety Crisis:* The current setup uses a global SQLite database connection, which is *not thread-safe* with FastAPI/Uvicorn. This causes crashes! We'll refactor the database access using modern FastAPI dependency injection to fix this critical bug.
2. *Crippled AI Agents:* The core AI logic components (Task Manager, Workflow Controller) are failing silently. We will refactor the startup process to ensure these critical AI modules load correctly or fail *loudly*, preventing silent failure of the app's main purpose.
3. *Setup Environment Cleanup:* We'll fix the `setup.sh` script to correctly utilize Python virtual environments (`venv`) for proper dependency isolation, a crucial best practice missing from the current setup.
