Welcome to Day 19 of our Daniel Fast during this Sacred Lenten Season.
Today’s reflection is inspired by the readings of the Third Sunday of Lent – Year A, which lead us to reflect on our spiritual thirst and the living water that Jesus offers to every soul.
In the Gospel, Jesus meets the Samaritan woman at the well and reveals that He is the source of living water that satisfies the deepest thirst of the human heart.
During the Daniel Fast, we become more aware of our hunger and thirst. This spiritual discipline reminds us that our souls are truly thirsty for God.
