INGREDIENTS:
Mutton Mince (Kheema): 300 gm
Onions: 2 small ( 130 gm) - Finely chopped
Tomatoes: 2 medium size ( 150gm) - Peeled and chopped
Potatoes: 2 small (optional)
Ginger Garlic paste: 2.5 tsp
Cinnamon: small piece (About 1 inch)
Black pepper: 5-6
Red chilly powder: 1 tsp
coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Garam masala: 1/4th tsp
Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp
Raw mango (Kairee): 2-3 wedges
Salt: as per taste
Fresh coriander: For garnish
