Yoga has been one of India's biggest contributions to the world. People who have indulged in this form of exercise have seen the benefits of it in their life. K. Murugesan was the yoga trainer at the Microsense Kramnik Gelfand Training Camp in Chennai in January 2020.
Each day the youngsters would train under him for 45 minutes in the morning to become fitter and stronger physically and mentally. On the last day we caught up with Murugesan and asked him to show us one pranayam and a few yoga postures that would help the chess players all across the world to practice it and become better at general fitness and also at chess. Learn from the master and be amazed at his flexibility.
