Pause. Breathe. Come back to you. 🕯️✨
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine…
Choose a color one that represents healing, calm, or peace to you. Now picture a soft, glowing ball of that light just above your head.
Watch as a gentle stream of that calming light begins to flow… down through the crown of your head, touching every cell it meets.
Feel it calm your brain… soften your forehead… relax your eyes, your nose, your mouth, your jaw.
Let it drift down the back of your head, through your neck, and all the way down your spine each vertebra releasing, one by one.
The light moves through your throat… into your shoulders, arms, elbows, hands, and fingers. Soothing. Warming. Present.
It flows into your chest… calming your heart, easing your lungs with every breath.
Down through your stomach… your pelvis, hips, legs melting tension as it goes.
Watch it move through your knees, calves, ankles, feet, and finally… your toes.
Now imagine that light streaming out through the bottoms of your feet… deep into the earth below you. As it leaves, it carries with it anything heavy, anything tense, anything you no longer need to hold. Let it go. The earth receives it, recycles it.
And just when you think it's done… imagine another wave of that healing light streaming down from above. Filling every cell, every space, every breath all the way through you, and out again.
You are held. You are healing. You are here.
