What You’ll Need

Ingredients:
• 3 packets Nox unflavored gelatin
• ½ cup cold water (for blooming)
• 1½ cups granulated sugar
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup water (for the syrup)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
• Powdered (confectioners’) sugar for dusting

Equipment:
• Stand mixer with whisk attachment
• Medium saucepan
• Candy thermometer (important!)
• 9x12 pan
• Butter for greasing
• Sieve for dusting powdered sugar
• Spatula (for the sticky part!)
