Описание: Building a raised bed structure to replace an existing rotten structure. The structure being replaced is scaffolding boards. The new structure is made of 'Tanalised' Landscape Sleepers. The short corner posts are also 'Tanalised'. All the timber was cut to length at the wood yard all I did was screw it together. This is heavy duty timber that needs a machine tool to cut it so best get it done at the yard. The sleepers are heavy so a degree of caution and some help may be needed when lifting. To retain the existing soil I moved it into the middle of the bed and 'shuttered' it up. With the old scaffold boards removed I installed the new structure then removed the shuttering and pulled the soil back level.
