Описание: Let me talk you through this like I’m coaching you in the gym. Pulling the slack out of the bar before you deadlift is one of those small but huge details that can make your lift feel smoother, stronger, and safer. Before you even lift, you want to create tension in your hamstrings, glutes, lats, and core so the bar feels like an extension of your body. By “taking the slack out,” you’re preloading your muscles, setting your hips and back in the right position, and eliminating that tiny bit of play in the bar that can waste energy or throw off your setup.

When you lift after doing this, the bar moves immediately and efficiently, your body stays in control, and you’re able to apply maximum force from the first inch off the floor. I’ll show you exactly how to do it step by step so every rep starts strong and clean.
