Here is the Chrome application for Birthday Messaging 2.0. To save time, I've already entered my username and password, so I'll proceed to log in now.

Once logged in, I'll be granted access to the application. Much like any first-time user, I'll be exploring the interface and learning its nuances. The system confirms a successful login.

I'll start with a quick survey of the application.

Navigation and Features
Contacts: Clicking here allows you to add a contact or manage contacts. The application is currently empty as this is my first time using it.

Add Contact: You can import a list of contacts (including first name, last name, birthday, etc.) or add a contact individually. For a single contact, required fields are: first name, last name, relationship, birthday, phone number, and email. All these fields are mandatory.

Import Contacts: You can upload a CSV file with your contacts. The system allows you to preview the data after upload.

Manage Contacts: This section is for managing your existing contacts.

Templates: This section is for creating and viewing message templates. Templates are standard messages you can send to contacts for their birthdays. Messages can be sent in text format and also as an imagery format, which will be detailed in a separate video. You can view existing templates here and add new ones.

Messages: Here you can schedule a message in advance. For example, if a contact has a birthday next month, you can schedule the greeting now. You can also send messages immediately and review successfully sent messages.

Birthday Calendar: This provides a straightforward calendar view (here, January 2026). Once you have contacts, the calendar will highlight dates with one or more birthdays.

Account: This shows your current subscription type. Currently, only a monthly subscription is available.

SMTP Settings: This is a crucial setup area for configuring your email server. A dedicated video will cover this process, which is straightforward once demonstrated.

Account Details: This section displays all your account information and includes the sign-out option. We will also be introducing two-factor authentication to enhance account security.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard provides a snapshot of all upcoming birthdays. Currently, it's empty as no contacts are entered. You'll also find quick tips, a summary of your contacts, birthdays, and scheduled messages—essentially, a comprehensive overview.

At the bottom, you'll see a chat support link powered by birthdaymessaging.io. Please note that as we are in beta testing, this chat support is not yet active.
