Gaskets and seals are widely used in morden industry and life.
The trational method to produce gaskets is mainly with molding machines or press, but more and more flashes appear due to the difference of multi-cavity and aging of mold, as a result of raw material waste and labor consumption.
About 10 years ago, our engineers noted this situation and found that the kind of plain gaskets and seals can be cut off from tubes instead of traditional one-step molding.
By this way, can eliminate the burrs problem and highly improve the prduction capacity.
