According to the B.C. Real Estate Association, real estate numbers across the province showed a dip in sales in December 2025 as compared to the previous year. But, there is a pocket of the province where some of the numbers actually increased - it’s the Okanagan and Vancouver Island. Shannon Stone from Stone Sisters Real Estate joins CBC host Dan Burritt to talk more about why the Okanagan real estate market is so different from the rest of the province.
