This 'one-take' kata showcases Goju Kensha's slightly different version of the kata SEPAI.
"After practising [karate] correctly for long enough, neural pathways develop and moves should become engraved into your non-declarative memory.
Therefore I thought I'd start a series of videos called "one-take".
*No redos
*No edits
*if there is a mistake it'll be there for all to see
*only cut to delete me walking in and out (to avoid audience boredom 😎 and reduce video time length)."
This version of SEPAI come from Tadahiko Ohtsuka (goju kensha) - James Sumarac (goju ryu kakurin kan)
