Using an Interdental Brush

Описание: Interdental brushes are amazing for cleaning those surfaces of your teeth that even the most amazing electric toothbrushes just can’t reach.

Gently feed the interdental brush in between your teeth, move the brush back and forward 8 to 10 times.

Sometimes this can be a bit uncomfortable and the area may bleed, sometimes a lot but please don’t let this put you off.

You can reuse these brushes, just remember to give them a good rinse under a cold running tap and replace the hygienic cap after use.
