1/2 tsp whole spice powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbs roasted chana powder
1/2 cup breadcrumbs / 2 bread slices
1 tbs ghee or butter

Ingredients for Malai Gravy :-

2 tbs oil
Fresh coriander stems
2 medium onions
10 cashews
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cumin
2 bay leaves
1 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
4 pieces of cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt or to taste
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp whole spice powder
1 cup water
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
3 tbs cream
green chillies and fresh coriander for garnish
