This is part 53 of my continuous walkthrough on Pokemon Fire Red.
In this video,I head through the Five Isle Meadow to get into the Rocket Warehouse, but it turns out you need a second password to get in. After that I visit the Memorial Pillar and go north of the island and discover the Lost Cave.
Lost Cave: This is not required to beat the game, but you should do it any way.
