How to install script mods to GTA IV on PC (ANY VERSION)

Описание: This is a tutorial on how to install script mods to GTA IV on PC. This tutorial will help you install mods regardless your game version. It is really simple to install mods on any game version. ScriptHook and ASI Loader are required for ASI mods. ScriptHookDotNet is additionally required for .NET mods (.dll files). Last but not least, if you are on the latest version which is the Complete Edition, you need to also install a compatibility patch for ScriptHook. This will make the latest version of GTA IV moddable as well. You won't have to downgrade down to 1.0.7.0 in order to install mods.
