Sr Project Manager Real Estate

Описание: This National company is hiring an Sr. Project Manager, with Real Estate Experience! You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various size Real Estate / Construction projects.

You will Impact the company by:
• Interacting daily with Key Executives, Stakeholders, Business Groups, and Third-Party Vendors in managing project deliverables and budgets;
• Applying Project Management methodology, tools and templates to perform core PM duties throughout all phases of the project lifecycle from project charter to deployment and transition to operations.
• Facilitating partnership between multi-disciplinary teams of IT and other business professionals from all levels of the organization in projects that are low to medium in size, complexity and visibility.
• Effectively communicating project status to include issue/risk and resolution/mitigation options and recommendations
