Construction was halted without a projected completion date; due to corruption of ex-LA councilman Jose Huizar on racketeering charges. In addition with financial issues in relations to current geopolitical tensions between USA & China. This scene has become a spectacle in the city with onlookers dazed; toward the sky.

LA artist highlight and educate the public within the week of Jose Huizar's prison sentence and that corruption in LA is rampant.
