Stocked trout fishing at Southside Park! The orange floating eel absolutely dominated the bite while the jig bite was a grind. I break down my Carolina rig setup (size 12 hook, 12” leader, 1/4 oz weight, Carolina keeper) and show how I fish the floating orange eel as a second rod while jigging a 1.5” flex bug on a 1/64 oz jig head.
