This term Year 10 students on the Mandarin Excellence Programme took part in an intensive tourism project, which involved collaborating in small teams to produce a marketing campaign in Mandarin to attract Chinese tourists to come to the UK.
This is the promotional video created by one of our teams, which tells the story of Leo ‘failing’ his exams with 99%, succumbing to being bullied by his classmates, then finding that a trip to the historic city of Oxford could be the answer to all his woes. Thanks to Year 9 students Eason and Joseph for starring in the video alongside Leo and well done to all the boys involved behind the scene in script writing and video editing - it’s no wonder your video scooped second place in the inter-school Mandarin campaign competition!
