Krasnogorsk-3, Super 16mm camera. First impressions, tips and tricks.

Описание: The Krasnogorsk-3, a great way to start with 16mm film, which I recently purchased, came already with the Super 16mm conversion.

I highly recommend buying this camera only in mint or new condition from a seller with a high reputation. Ebay for example is an excellent source.
This is a rugged camera, but it has its fragile components and quality can vary. It is also a "hands on" camera for film buffs with some knowledge of fine mechanics.

I will carry out further testing before shooting actual film footage. This will include: accuracy of viewfinder and finding eventual sources of light leakage. I will share my experiences as I go along.

I will also include a video about film loading. I found out that a straight (not rounded or pointed) edge at the start - between sprocked holes!) works best since the film won't get caught in the gate, causing damage to the film.
