For some reason I decided 4 players wasn't enough for this game. I also thought it would be silly if everyone played as the same character. I'm playing as Toadette in the video. Here is who everyone else is playing as:

The source code for the mod is available on my github (mkwcat/nsmbw-project), but please note that the code is more of interest to developers and technical users than it is to end users, as it's not ready for general use yet. Please don't ask me how to compile or use it
