This fan can be used indoors or in covered outdoor areas. It looks great, is easy and quick to install, and costs around $150 from Home Depot. Here is my review of the Hampton Bay Mena in matte black, model number is 99919.
Update: I returned it. Nothing wrong with the fan but it was too small for my porch. Check out my review of the Fanimation Slinger V2 72" fan which I replaced it with.
