The ingredients are listed below:
Veggie burger:
Onion(big) - 2
Garlic - about 8 to 10 cloves
Red Bean (soaked overnight and cooked) - 1 cup
Walnuts(roasted) - about 15
Quinoa(cooked) - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Oregano - 3 tbsp
Tomato Paste - 4 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
Making slurry:
Plain flour - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Water - about 1/4 cup
Olive oil - for shallow frying as required
