IngramSpark: How to Check on Book Sales Reports and Book Returns

All right, so I'm just going to walk you guys through checking your, see if you've got any returns inside of IngramSpark.

We just got done with our authors nook session (https://authorsnookwithveronica.com/) and a question we didn't get to was how to check your Returns on IngramSpark.

So if you log into your IngramSpark account, so just go to www.ingramspark.com.

The moment you log in, you'll be taken to your home dashboard. You'll want to click on the left where it says reports new.

In May, the classic goes away. So just focus on the new one. But eventually this will just say reports.

And then from here, you'll see your print best sellers. If you have e-book, you'll see those best sellers. And it's really just best sellers to you.

So for example, if you're a natural publisher and you have a hundred different titles, this will show you the most selling ones in the last, whatever time frame you put in here.

And then your genres and your regions. Okay, so to look at the returns, you're going to click on sales on the left.

And you'll see the returns at the bottom. So right here, returns at a glance. You can choose last year to date, year to date, and hopefully they show zero and you can click on full report if you want some more data.
