It's so strange as I have no idea what to expect every day when I wake up so as usual, I thought I'd give you the insight into that too.

I can honestly say I feel better than I have done for a while but as that is all relative I have to stop myself from overdoing things as I really am being battered by fatigue - I suppose I'll not learn quickly that I HAVE to take it easy but from feeling so ridiculously bad to feeling like I could do actual things but only for 5 mins is something i'll need to get better at.
