About this video: This video is our complete guide on how to invite your friends to your Hytale world. You don’t even need a server to invite friends in Hytale, so let’s get started.

First things first, you will want to play your Hytale singleplayer world. Once it’s loaded, pause the game and go to the “Online Play” option. Then, turn the “Allow Other Players to Join” toggle to “On” and click “Save”.

You will now have a Share Code that you click “Copy” to copy it to your clipboard. Then, paste and send this to your friend.

Your friend will then go into Hytale and select “Server”. Then, click “Join via Code” in the bottom right. Your friend will paste the code, and then, they click to join.

In most cases, your friend will join your singleplayer Hytale world.

However, you will sometimes need to enable UPNP on your router for the share code to work. You can also switch to using a server instead, and there is a link to make your own Hytale server linked in the description above.
