Hiking & Rappeling Spirit Arch, San Rafael Swell, Utah [4K UHD Cinematic Presentation]

Описание: This Adventure was a great respite from the frigid winter conditions here at home in Colorado. This trip provided wonderful, color-splashed scenes for cool dji drone footage as well as route narration. The clear desert skies and warm sunshine made the 40-50F days feel perfect for our exciting hikes and climbs. This excursion required some route finding and getting off route resulted in class 4 down climbs that definitely spiced things up, especially due to the soft brittle sand stone characteristic of that area.
The San Rafael Swell is truly breathtaking and this adventure did not disappoint although the final obstacle, fording freezing water across a deep canyon pool was no easy task, however, it was handsomely rewarded with total access to a giant room inside of Spirit Arch, AKA Double Arch, and an enormous free hanging rappel through a natural bridge and into a deep box canyon!
