Philippine authorities are preparing to set the parameters of a new landmark law that could address long-standing problems over internet access. Henry Aguda, Secretary of the Philippines' Department of Information and Communications Technology, tells CNA's Asia First that they have invited the country's telcos to participate in mapping rules for the new law in order to address some of the concerns that they have raised.
