Comet (2014) - Last Scene

Spoiler: they end up together, told by both dialogue and visual elements.

VISUAL:
The visual tell are the two suns that arise in the last moments of the scene. This tells the viewer that this exchange happened in another universe, but one barely adjacent to ours (seeing as how the only thing we recognize being different is the additional sun). By implication, we could argue that the universe with one son (our universe) is the one where they end up together.

DIALOGUE:
The strongest piece of evidence is in the last lines of dialogue, particularly when Dell says, "I don't know anything anymore. But I know I do love you."

Throughout the story, Dell's inability to verbally express his love for Kimberly was her biggest issue (e.g. Paris hotel room scene, where he disappointed her by saying, "I like you;" and when he hung up on her while she ready to unabashedly confront him that he has to admit he loves her).

In the second to last line, he finally tells Kimberly that he loves her: "I don't know anything anymore, but I know I do love you." This was the first time he told her, thus she was finally ready to move forward with Dell.
