Neighborhoods you SHOULD consider when moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana

Описание: Today I'm taking you to some desirable neighbourhoods on the Northside of Fort Wayne. If you are thinking of moving to Fort Wayne, you probably have questions about what areas are close to amenities, schools, and your job.

La Cabreah is a large subdivision broken into sections of homes built starting in the 1990s.

Woodmont is a slightly older subdivision with homes constructed in the 1970s. One of the most wooded areas, with larger lots, and larger homes in the area. Many of these homes have been upgraded on the interior but still, have a unique exterior with plenty of privacy.

Woodmont Ridge and Windsor Woods are two conjoined subdivisions located right off of Lima road. These homes start at around $275,000 with higher-end homes priced above $450,000. Beautiful pond lots, parks, and walking trails.

Tuscany is one of our favorite subdivisions up North. Highly coveted and not very big. Located very close to Pufferbelly Trail, YMCA, churches, and tons of other amenities. Tuscany is one of the last neighborhoods with top-of-the-line home design under $600k. Before the pandemic, these homes were around just under $400k but because of the amenities of these homes, there isn't much movement coming out of this area. Many of these homes boast a full basement, pond views, owner's suite on the main with an open-concept kitchen.
