Описание: Agni Sara is a cleansing practice to tone the abdominal muscles and pump the digestive fire (agni). It will greatly aid in elimination. Best to practice on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning or at least 3 hours after eating. Contraindications: pregnancy, menstruation, ulcer, hiatal hernia, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure or have an IUD device.
