MODERN LAKE HOUSE | Sims 4 Speed Build (Stop Motion)

Описание: In this Sims 4 speed build we are building a modern lake house in Henford-on-Bagley! The modern family home is situated on an actual lake (which we can now create in the Sims 4 with the use of the pond tool) in frosty winter - the lake just gets such a beautiful frozen surface! Because the modern house is so close to the lake, most rooms serve almost like an extension to the lake with big floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can relax on the sofa or bed and enjoy the beautiful lake view. Inside you'll see a beautiful modern interior that is kept in very light and calming colours to spread ease and to not take away from the stunning lake views. The lake house is located on the 5 Olde Mill Lane lot (50x40) in Henford and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms :)
