Well. This was it. My white whale.
DIVERXIO, 3 Michelin Stars. The brainchild of mad punk chef David Muñoz.
Now I would never ever normally be able to go to a place like this, also, as per the channel, my vibe is usually rustic local places.
But, I was lucky and honoured to get an invite. You don't say no to an opportunity like that!
What followed was a meal as spellbindingly confusing as it was delicious. So, please enjoy a slightly more luxurious GastroTraveler adventure.
