Recipes:
Chia seed pudding :
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop strawberries & cream protein powder
1/2 cup berries
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. Mix the chia seeds, oats and protein powder together.
2. Slowly add in the water as you continue to stir.
3. Add your berries and almond butter.
Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 lemon juice
Zest from 2 lemons
1 tsp dijon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp maple syrup

Peach Cobbler:

Seitan:
Dry
1 tbsp grams brown sugar
1/2 tsp grams salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika powder
250 grams vital wheat gluten
Wet
1/3 cup white beans, smashed with a fork
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp tamari
1 cup broth
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until you form ball of dough.
4. Add the seitan to a steamer basket with a few inches of water in the bottom of the pot and steam for an hour.
