We have been working hard these past few months to allow our customers a way to try some of our offerings this way via our new rapid prototyping. The newest commercial-grade printers we have are remarkably consistent, fast, and repeatable (after the tireless work of dialing in the settings).

We have a dropdown menu on the link for the following options:



1. Top(Warburton threading which is pretty much the universal setup for most of us makers). With a metal backbore the sonic results are extremely close to an acrylic or metal top. We recommend a slightly heavier backbore to best offset the weight differential. Best yet is combine them with the KGU sleeve for maximum acoustic similarity.

2. A one-piece setup. This way is nice to try different backbore combinations with some of our stock tops. We have all of our standard backbores in stock as well as many others from other makers. Just mark in the order comments what you may want to try (we will most likely put our stock setups in if you don't reach out).



These pieces are not designed for lifetime usage, hence the bargain prototype pricing. I have been using these tops for a few months now with great success.



Custom mouthpiece consultations are available and custom prototyping options are also available. Email us for specifics (note: this will be premium service and not priced the same as these tops/1-piece options).
