The fog in Auberdine never truly lifts. It just shifts with the tide. I’ve spent countless nights here on these weathered planks, watching the lanterns of the Great Ships cut through the mist like low hanging stars.
There is a specific peace in the sound of the soft waves upon rocks in the distance and the frogs along the shore. The world thinks this place is gone, swallowed by the sea and the years, but I’m still here, waiting for the ship to Menethil that sailed a lifetime ago.
