Описание: Stroopwafel is a wafer waffle made from a two thin layers of baked waffle dough and a filling of caramel. The main ingredients of the dough is flour, brown sugar, butter, milk, yeast and eggs. For the caramel filling ingredients are brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and maple syrup. It was first made in the Dutch city of Gouda and then became popular throughout Netherlands. Other names for Stroopwafel are syrup waffle, treacle waffle, and caramel waffle.
