The Foxes fanatic, sang two tracks during the half-time interval of our match against Manchester City in the Quarter Final of the Capital One Cup. Her singleS kyscraper, whose profits are being split between two charities - Great Ormond St Childrens Hospital and Together for Short Lives; plus one of her favourites from the hit TV series, How Will I Know.

Sam said: "I loved every minute of it! I have been so excited all day. It was a real honour to perform for the crowd and the team. Leicester is my home and it's fantastic to be back and supporting the lads."

Sam, 36, has enjoyed plenty of Leicester City backing since her first appearance on the show, with several members of the Foxes first team turning out to support her at Live Shows including the Final last Sunday (15 December).

David Nugent, Kasper Schmeichel, Andy King and Paul Konchesky are among those that have shown their support in person, with Sam collecting an enviable haul of signed shirts she has regularly shown off with pride.

Leicester City Ambassador Alan Birchenall said: "It was a fantastic moment and the welcome Sam received from supporters of both teams was deafening! Everyone in Leicester is proud of Sam and her achievement and the crowd really showed that tonight."

Sam Bailey's Skyscraper is currently in pole position to become the official Christmas number one for 2013.
