Ingredients
For the rolls:
1 large white cabbage
800g minced pork
120g rice
2 onions
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Broth
For the sauce:
broth
1 tbsp flour
Tomato Passata
1 tsp sugar
Salt, pepper and herbs
Double cream
Instructions
Boil the cabbage & separate the leaves
Cut off the thick stem on each cabbage leaf
Cook rice
Mix minced pork, rice, egg, grated onions and salt & pepper
Place some filling on each leaf and roll tightly
Line a pot with left over leaves and add your rolls
Pour broth & simmer for around 1 hour
Make tomato sauce by mixing some broth, double cream, tomato passata, sugar, salt & pepper, and flour to thicken.
Pour the sauce over the cooked gołąbki and enjoy
