Why I Started This Channel
-My son challenged me to start this YouTube journey 5 years ago—and I’m so glad I did.
-We’re 550+ videos in, nearly 20K subscribers deep, and the relationships I’ve built through this channel mean everything to me.

Quick Yard Inventory Rundown
-Pulled into the yard around 6:30 AM and checked stock: about 10 30s, 2 40s, some concrete cans, and our new 1,000-gallon fuel tank.
-One of the 25s is already sold, and I’ve got a long-term contract kicking off that’s going to use 5 30s and 3 concretes.

Dumpster Swap at the Apartments
-Hit a gated site with three dumpsters—we swapped out one that was full of old furniture and mattresses.
-Love these longer projects that keep us busy without constant back-and-forth.

Stacked Day of Swaps and Deliveries
-Dropped off a same-day 40-yard rental in Dallas, then grabbed a can from a past job where a scammer tried to get over on us—we ended up booking the client directly.
-That one was packed full to the top and heavy.

Landfill Drop & Payment Problems
-Hauled 11.04 tons of shingles to the landfill.
-Customer’s card didn’t go through... but I dumped it anyway. I’ll chase the payment later—had to keep it moving.

End-of-Day Thoughts
-Wrapped up around 5 PM, beat from the heat.
-It’s July 1st—midway through the year—and I’m already thinking about how I want to finish it strong. I don’t do number goals, I just try to go harder than I did last year.
