Sizing:
Based on my experience from being able to try on their coats, dresses, and tops, this is what I have noticed about their sizes. I am petite 5'3" without shoes.

Dresses:
Any dress with a spandex band in the middle that is not removable runs small. Normally I like loose fitted clothes so I like size medium even though a small would fit very snugly on my body. I would suggest a size up. A medium feels like a small.

Cotton dresses are true to size. A medium cotton 2 fer dress with leopard print on the bottom was a bit loose on top. But the one shoulder top fit perfectly.

Jackets: Their coats run true to size. I fit a size medium. It is comfortable and not too tight. I can easily button the coats.

Tops: They run true to size. The kimono top fit perfectly as a size medium. If you are unsure, get a size up than what you would normally get.
